We have successfully developed and launched a PCR Airless Bottle specifically designed as a replaceable, refillable unit to seamlessly transition brands away from conventional syringe-type airless bottles for their existing product lines.
This innovation represents a massive leap forward in combining advanced formula protection with true circular design.
Conventional syringe-type airless bottles have long been the industry standard for protecting sensitive formulations—like serums, creams, and active ingredients—from oxidation and contamination. However, traditional designs come with a major environmental drawback: they are typically single-use and notoriously difficult to recycle due to their complex, multi-component mechanisms.
We knew there had to be a better way to maintain the high-performance protection of airless technology while drastically reducing packaging waste.
Our new solution addresses the environmental impact of skincare packaging from two critical angles: material source and product lifecycle. By replacing the inner mechanism of existing product lines with our new replaceable unit, we are transforming single-use items into long-lasting, refillable systems.
Constructed from PCR: The new replaceable inner units are manufactured using Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastics, significantly reducing the reliance on virgin fossil-fuel-based resins and giving a second life to existing plastics.
A True Refill System: Instead of throwing away an entire heavy-walled bottle and complex pump assembly when a product runs out, consumers simply remove the empty inner PCR cartridge and lock a fresh one into the original outer packaging.
Seamless Brand Integration: This unit was engineered specifically to replace syringe-type bottles for existing products. Brands do not need to completely overhaul their iconic outer packaging or disrupt their brand identity to make the eco-friendly switch.
