REVLON partnered with SR Packaging to develop tailored PP caps featuring exclusive tooling for the Ultra HD Snap Nail Polish line. The 2-component, airtight PP caps are engineered to fit capsule-shaped glass bottles, providing a comfortable and controlled application experience.

Exclusive Design, Shape, and Tooling

Each PP cap consists of two components designed to ensure an airtight seal and provide an ergonomic grip. The sophisticated look is achieved through a precise three-step process:

First: The inner cap is molded in black, featuring a lower ring with all-around hot stamping to reveal the "REVLON" logo hollowed out against the flat façade.

Second: The outer cap is color-matched to the rich, vibrant tones of the nail polish.

Third: The two components are assembled to create a stunning visual aesthetic that perfectly matches this vivid product range.

Color-matching the PP caps to reflect 24 shades of highly pigmented nail polish has proven highly effective for shelf display.
