The double-coat anodizing process delivers durable, custom-colored finishes with stunning gloss and matte patterns.

Anodizing is an electrode-chemical process in which an oxide layer is chemically built on the surface of the metal. This oxide layer acts as an insulator and can be dyed in a wide variety of colors. Anodizing provides surface corrosion protection along with an excellent substrate for decorative finishes.
For packaging production, we adopt the anodizing process for aluminum parts to create metallic customized color. The anodized parts offer a stunning finish and are not limited to specific products. Anodized aluminum parts can be applied for the packaging of:
Double coat anodizing
SRP's technical team evolves the anodizing process into "Double coat anodizing" The entire process of double-coat anodizing includes 3 steps. Firstly, the part receives initial anodizing treatment to get a gloss surface, and secondly, it is silkscreen printed with desirable patterns, and for finalizing the look, it receives a second time anodizing treatment. The result is a combination of gloss & matte patterns arranged according to the artwork, and color-matched for the branding requirements.
