Precision Silk Screen Decoration for Premium Skincare Tubes

To support the US-based skincare brand Laura Mercier, SR Packaging developed a highly decorated, sample-sized tube for the Refining Crème Polish. This 0.75-inch (19 mm) packaging solution perfectly balances chemical protection with a complex, multi-pass aesthetic design:  

Advanced Barrier Protection: The 5-layered PE construction securely safeguards the active exfoliating formula.  

Complex Textural Decoration: Starting with a gloss finish, the tube is decorated with an intricate, full-coverage silkscreen matte pattern that offers tactile touch.  

Precise Typography: An additional silk screen printing process is applied to render crisp, legible text over the patterned background.   Unified Finish: The premium design is cleanly finalized with a matching matte black screw cap.
