Following its previous launch of ECO-Airless Bottle that has immensely reduced plastic up to 70% compared to the known multi-component, bulky airless packaging, SR Packaging makes a further approach for its commitment in sustainability, and swapped PETG with PCR PE resin, introducing an alternative option - PCR Airless Bottle.
Made of up to 55% post-consumer recycled resin, SR Packaging’s later version of Eco-Airless Bottle is built for companies who are in need of PCR packaging and airless solution to protect delicate formulae. PCR Airless bottles not only cut down on plastic consumption, but they also put single-use plastic waste back into the business cycle instead of the landfill.
PCR Airless bottle is equipped with two plastic layers: a tough and resistant exterior made of PCR PE, and a highly compatible inner layer made of EVOH + PE. As the product is dispensed and pressure sets in, this inner flexible pouch contracts and separate evenly from the exterior bottle wall.
