Soft-touch added for SRP's PCR PE Squeezable Bottles.

SRP's squeezable PCR PE Bottle has a sensorial soft-touch outer layer to replace the costly and long lead time spray coating process. To optimize the co-extrusion blow molding process for PCR PE bottle, SR packaging adds a thin soft-touch plastic layer on top of the PCR PE bottle and creates a sensorial tactile feel and doesn't require conventional, costly, long lead-time soft-touch coating process.
Soft-touch is a known surface spray coating treatment to be added on the plastic component in order to add an additional layer of the coat with the special sensational feedback on the fingertips. This treatment adds a handsome number of costs for the entire project budget and extends the production process for longer lead time.
In order to offer a cost-effective solution for soft touch effect, SR Packaging optimizes the co-extrusion blow molding process, and manages to add a thin soft-touch plastic layer on the surface of the PE bottle and creates the new squeezable PE bottle that has the sensorial tactile feel and doesn’t require conventional spray coating process.
To further SRP's commitment to recycling plastic waste, the company adds post-consumer recycled resin to the new co-ex PE bottles. Thanks to the flexibility of LDPE plastic, the co-ex bottles are squeezable.
Available in 50 ml and 100 ml, the COEX PCR PE bottle of neck size 24/410 matches with the wide range of SRP's advanced dispensing solution.
