Soft-touch added for SRP's PCR PE Squeezable Bottles.

SR Packaging (SRP) has introduced an innovative squeezable PCR PE Bottle that delivers a premium tactile experience without the drawbacks of traditional manufacturing methods.
By eliminating a secondary process, this packaging solution offers brands a faster, more cost-effective way to achieve high-end aesthetics while prioritizing sustainability.
Traditionally, giving a plastic component a "soft-touch" feel on the fingertips required a surface spray coating. This secondary treatment adds a significant amount of cost to the project budget and extends the production timeline.
To solve this, SRP optimized the co-extrusion blow molding process. Instead of applying a secondary coat, SRP seamlessly integrates a thin, soft-touch plastic layer directly onto the surface of the PE bottle during molding. This creates the exact same sensorial tactile feel but completely bypasses the costly and time-consuming conventional spray coating process.
Featuring a standard 24/410 neck size, these bottles are perfectly matched to accommodate a wide range of SRP's advanced dispensing solutions.
SRP’s co-extruded PCR PE bottles allow brands to deliver a premium, soft-touch sensory experience while simultaneously reducing manufacturing costs, shortening lead times, and advancing their corporate sustainability efforts.
