Super Fine Mist Sprayer has a significant update of the passageway for content delivery. It is now more durable and better than ever. The stem of the sprayers is PBT plastic that is chemical-resistant and mechanically strong, supplementarily ensuring leakage-proof product dispensing.

POM-free

The EU-compliant sprayer has the POK part for the nozzle design instead of POM, which upholds the commitment to consumer health.

POM (Polyoxymethylene) forms formaldehyde when it degrades and exists in dispensing mechanisms. When burned, POM releases formaldehyde gas that irritates the nose, throat, and eye tissues.

Compared to POM, POK (Polyketone) withstands higher temperatures and offers better chemical resistance, wear, and impact resistance. POK is FDA, EU (REACH, RoHS), NSF61, ISO 16949 certified in terms of safety.

It works for diversified usage, including a PCR airless sprayer.

For hair care, personal care, skincare, cosmetics, and makeup products, formulation varies and requires a suitable sprayer to satisfy users.

With multiple nozzle orifice, output, and neck size options, companies can configure the sprayer for different fluid textures, creating continuous, desirable light and gentle mist for diversified usage.
