Co-Extrusion Blow Molding

Utilizing the co-extrusion blow molding process, it adds a thin, matte, tactile plastic layer on the PP or PE bottle surface to achieve the soft touch tactile feel. The components do not require a secondary process, but the outcome is overly satisfying and almost the same as soft-touch spray coating.

The bottles can be:

  • Soft touch PP + PP COEX bottle
  • Gloss PP single-layer bottle
  • Soft touch PP + PE COEX bottle
  • Gloss PE single-layer bottle

The PE bottles are squeezable while the PP bottles are less squeezable.
